I’m kiyoko and I’m a three year veteran in nails! I specialize in pushing the boundaries of art and creativity in the nail industry. I invest in nail courses to stay current in trends and continue my education in all things nails. I continue to learn and grow in order to bring the highest quality to you as my client! My goal is to be able to create art with my clients and bring a truly luxurious experience. I strive to educate my clients as well. My goal is to change the industry standard for nails! For far too long, the expectation has been too low. My goal is to provide a new and better experience with quality products and high standards as a nail tech that truly cares about the health of your nails. I look forward to creating art together!

Cancellation Policy

I do not offer refunds on any services / products / press on nails from NailsbyKiyoko. All sales are final. When booking you consent to this and the below policies. I do not offer simple nails of any kind please reference my services info (!) or Instagram highlights for more information. I am only an intermediate and advanced nail art nail tech!!! (1.) $35 nonrefundable deposit required to book. Deposits are nonrefundable they are transferable (Once) up to 72hrs before service. (2.) Cancellations / Reschedules with less than a 72hr (full 3 calender day) notice will be charged 50% of the cancelation fee based off the minimum for the level of nail art you booked. Deposits will be subtracted from this fee. If card declines you will have 24hrs to pay it or be blocked. cancellations/reschedules within 48/24 hours will be charged 100% of the cancellation fee based off the minimum for the level of nail art. I understand emergencies can happen, but in order for my business to run, I do rely on the consistency within my income, so please be understanding this policy always applies!
Level I: $120.00 | Level 2: $150.00 | Level 3: $180.00 (3.) Clients are only allowed to reschedule appointments up to 72hr (3 full calender days) before original appointment time. Glossgeniuse within the 72hr period (where the full cancelation fee applies) will not allow for clients to reschedule / cancel their appointments. You must contact me in order to do so. (4.) Clients are given a five minute grace period. You must be in my chair ready to go at six minutes after anything past that you will be charged a late fee starting at $6.00 and an extra dollar will be added for each minute. (5.) YOU MUST BE IN MY CHAIR READY TO GO AT 25 AFTER! Anything pass 25mins is considered an automatic same day cancellation! Please ensure you are leaving with enough time to account for traffic, etc. If you are late, this will cut into your design time, so please take that into consideration. (6.) If you are a no-show no call day of the appointment a cancellation fee minimum based on the level of nail art you booked will be charged please reference policy number two. This is automatically charged to the card on file. If it is declined you have 24 hours to pay it anything outside of that you will be banned from booking with me and blocked. You are allowed to do this once and anything outside of that you will not be allowed to book with me again. (7.) CASH payment is the preferred payment method but I also Accept DEBT / CREDIT along with tap to pay. If using cards 3.5% transaction fees do apply! I DO NOT offer Venmo / Cashapp / Zelle) (8.) My availability varies 7 days a week from 9am-11pm. I do have a set schedule, which is posted to my stories daily. (9.) Squeeze in appointments are available outside of business hours for an additional $45 fee on top of total service amount. I do also offer travel appointments for an additional $100.00 fee on top of the total service amount. Please message me for additional info. (10.) New client consent forms must be done upon beginning of appointment for new clients and renewed once a year. (11.) I do offer nail fixes / product fixes up to 14 DAYS after original service date. I will only fix up to 2 nails anything more and you will have to book a new appointment. It is recommended to get a new set of nails every 4-5 weeks. Please, message me prior to booking a nail fix as I have a set schedule and will need to book you in according to such. I will fix nail product issues, example as polish chipping, loss of charms, rhinestones, etc free of charge. Any chipping of nail, damage or loss of nail, or nail issues at fault to you, you will be charged. (12.) I DO NOT WORK ON OTHER PEOPLES WORK! I do offer foreign removals for an additional $30.00 fee but if your nails are too damaged, once removal is done, you will have to rebook with me. If this is the case, I will have to charge you the level art minimum based on what you booked as I am depending on that income, and when foreign removals are a necessity, it is hard for me to know the state of your natural nails. Please reference policy number two for the level of each nail art minimum cost. IT IS PREFERRED THAT YOU GET YOUR NAILS REMOVED PRIOR TO COMING IN! (13.) I have the right to refuse service with any client at anytime before or during the appointment. (14.) I DO NOT ALLOW OTHER GUEST OR CHILDREN AT APPOINTMENTS. Unless you and a friend want to book back to back appointments. Please, DM me if you and a friend decided to do back to back appointments prior to booking. (15.) I do not work on any one under the age of 13!! If you are between the age of 13 and 18 you are required to have a signed consent from a parent and or guardian upon arrival. In the case you are a minor, your parent or guardian is more than welcome to stay during the service. (16.) Appointments are set for appointment times. NO I will not rush the service. If you need to come early / leave early from your appointment please select an appointment time slot that works for you. (17.) I do not offer just removal for non-reoccurring clients. If you are needing a foreign removal with booking a service, I do offer that. If you are a current client looking to remove your nails and not wanting any additional nail services I offer a removal with Manicure and nail Hardner. Please do not book this through my website and message me prior to booking as I have a set schedule. I will need to book you in according to such.
