I specialize in handcrafted luxury press-on sets, hard gel, Gel-X extensions, and Russian manicures, with a focus on longevity, nail health, and advanced artistry. My sets are known for lasting 4–6 weeks while maintaining the integrity of the natural nail. My work centers around intermediate and advanced nail design, including sculpted textures, intricate hand-painted art, and trend-forward detailing. Cancellation Policy
I do not offer refunds on any services / products / press on nails from NailsbyKiyoko. All sales are final. When booking you consent to this and the below policies.
I do not offer simple nails of any kind please reference my services info (!) or Instagram highlights for more information. I am only an intermediate and advanced nail art nail tech!!!
(1.) $60.00 nonrefundable deposit required to book for all NEW CLIENTS.
$35.00 nonrefundable deposit required to book for all RETURNING CLIENTS. Deposits are nonrefundable. Clients are only allowed to reschedule with deposit ( ONCE ) up to 72hr (3 full calender days) before original appointment time. You must contact me in order to do so.
(2) Cancellations / Reschedules with less than a 72hr notice will be charged 50% of the cancelation fee based off the minimum for the level of nail art you booked. Deposits will be subtracted from this fee. If card declines you will have 72hrs to pay it or be blocked. Cancellations/reschedules / no shows within 48/24 hours will be charged 100% of the cancellation fee based off the minimum for the level of nail art.
I understand things can happen, but in order for my business to run, I do rely on the consistency within my income, so please be understanding this policy always applies!
Level 1: $120.00 | Level 2: $150.00 | Level 3: $180.00 | Level 4: $210.00
(3.) Clients are given a five minute grace period. You must be in my chair ready to go at six minutes after anything past that you will be charged a late fee. YOU MUST BE IN MY CHAIR READY TO GO AT 20MINS AFTER! Anything pass 20min is considered an automatic same day cancellation! Please ensure you are leaving with enough time to account for traffic, etc. If you are late it will cut into your design time, so if I'm not able to complete the design within the time that we have after you arriving late, please be mindful of that.
(4.) I do not offer foreign removals, new clients must come in with clean BARE nails. ( if you are a regular client returning and I was unavailable or on vacation I will do a foreign removal but only for returning clients. )
(5.) I accept cash, Visa, credit card and tap to pay payments only.
(6.) I do have a set schedule, which is posted to my stories daily.

(7.) Squeeze in appointments are available outside of business hours for an additional $50.00 fee on top of total service amount.
I do also offer travel appointments for an additional $100.00 fee on top of the total service amount. Please message me for additional info.
(8.) New client consent forms must be done upon beginning of appointment for new clients and renewed once a year. When booking through my website and signing my consent form you agree to all my policies at all times.
(9.) I do offer nail fixes / product fixes up to 14 DAYS after original service date. Anything after 14 days you will either have to book a new appointment or reschedule an existing appointment. If nail trauma occurs though, please let me know at any time. Please, message me prior to booking a nail fix as I have a set schedule and will need to book you in according to such.
(10.) I have the right to refuse service with any client at anytime before or during the appointment.
(11.) I DO NOT ALLOW OTHER GUEST OR CHILDREN AT APPOINTMENTS. Unless you and a friend want to book back to back appointments. Please, DM me before!
(12.) I do not work on any one under the age of 13!! If you are between the age of 13 and 18 you are required to have a signed consent form from a parent and or guardian upon arrival. In the case you are a minor, your parent or guardian is more than welcome to stay during the service.
(13.) Appointments are set for appointment times. NO I will not rush the service. It is your responsibility to book accordingly to your schedule. All my services on my website the time expectancy is listed. If you come into an appointment, expecting me to rush the service please be aware that a fee will be applied.
